CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelation & Additional Policies: 1. Deposit: for new clients. To address recent no-call/no-show occurrences, we are now requiring new clients to place a deposit to secure their appointment. This deposit will be applied to the service only if you show up. Please note that cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment will incur a 20% cancellation fee. ✨ 2. Confirmation: Additionally, we kindly ask that you confirm your appointments online to ensure we are aligned. 3. Check-in: All (new & current) clients must check in on the iPad for checking out, after service. 4. Preparation: Come with inspiration or a clear idea of what you want before your service begins. 5. Respect: Treat our staff and shop with respect. Disrespectful behavior may result in being banned from future services. 6. Payment: Have your payment ready before your service begins. We do not accept credit card payments over the phone. 7. All sales are final. We will happily offer a fix if necessary. 🥰 8. Posture: Please sit upright and avoid slouching during your service to ensure optimal results. 9. Phone Use: Refrain from using your phone while hand-related services are being done, and keep phone conversations at a low volume. 10. Children: Please do not allow children to run around the shop, as we are not responsible for their safety. 11. if you do not like your color, please notify us after one the first nail and we will change it, otherwise no changes & All sales are final.
